Scorpion Is Dog (S.I.D.)

SID is a Bluetooth-controlled hexapod robot with 15 pre-programmed functions, including walking, dancing, waving, and more! SID can tell when you’re petting it and will respond with a sting or a kiss depending on how it feels. A playful exploration of both the menacing and cute, SID will be your new favourite scorpion-dog companion.

SID was among the projects selected for exhibition at the Imperial College Spring Show, which showcases work from the Innovation Design Engineering and Global Innovation Design programmes.
